I run a small business - can you help with my Network & Computers?
Yes. We offer a wide range of services & computer hardware that's going to be suitable & of course cost effective for your business. We can monitor your systems 24/7 for minimal cost, not even the price of a cup of coffee per day, & with us not having long service contracts in place you will only be charged for the time we spend working on your systems. What do you charge to fix problems?
Currently our charges are £35 per hour business customers, if our engineers are required for longer than the initial hour. Home customers are charged at £40 per house visit, which can last up to three hours. Standard home computer repairs are £35 including collect and return. |
If you come on site is there a call out fee to pay?
No. We only charge for the actual work we do. |
Can you support my current PC or do I need a new one?
Yes. If your computer is working for you, then we can help, we will never try to sell you anything you do not need & will keep your current system up & running as long as we can. The only time you may need a new machine is if it fails or if a faulty part that is crucial is no longer available. |
Do you sell PCs & accessories?
Yes. We have access to everything you many need & not just what is listed, & don't forget we can come & install everything for you. |
Do you do upgrades?
Yes. We will assess your current computers specification against your needs & requirements. We will help you to choose the right upgrades for the task, obtain them for you & even perform the whole install. |
